Sheet To Sheet Automatic Edge-Alignment Screen Printing Machine
This equipment is widely used in flat surface product printing, like plastic panel, plastic sheet / film, appliance panel and cover, fabric, aluminum sheet, paper sheet, PVC, PCB board, glass, lens,
PC composite board, Acrylic sheet, membrane switch, PCB etc. 1.Adjust the position of the baffle plate, separate the first sheet from the next sheet through the suction cup and air nozzle of the reclaiming manipulator, and wait for the feeding manipulator to take the material.
2.Under the action of the feeding manipulator arm and the air nozzle, the pieces are separated and sent to the edge-alignment platform.
3.The sheet machine-edge alignment printer performs machine-edge alignment according to the material position. After the alignment is completed, the printer screen prints;
4.After the printing is completed, the thimble under the printing table lifts up the material. | Loading Platform: The max feeding frame size is 500mmx500mm(can be customized), it can be adjustable after putting material on to fix them, right side, front and back sides are adjustable, it's convenient for customer to make adjustment. The max height of material feeding is about 50cm, it will automatically lifting if the amount of material decreased.

Edg-Alignment Platform:
The edge-alignment plate also adopts suction function to suck and fix material automatically, it's also with dust removal roller.
After manipulator feed a material to the edge-alignment plate, the four sides sticks automatically align the position according to
material size, sucker fix it and proceed dust removal. | |

PLC Touch Screen Operation

Tunnel Furnace Dryer
The outer shell of the furnace body is formed by bending and welding of T1.2mm cold plates. The inner shell is formed by bending and welding of SUS201 and T1.2mm stainless steel plates.
The conveyor belt adopts high-temperature double-wire black Teflon mesh belt, the specification is L21.25*W1.5m mesh belt, the tension is adjustable and the speed is adjustable from 0-6m, and the mesh belt support adopts φ 38*L1500mm galvanized roller.
The heating adopts medium wave heating tube heating, the total power is 45KW, and the room temperature is adjustable at -200ºC. | |
