CCD Guide Hole Punching Machine
Machine outlook is not only looking single and beautiful, but also is long life using, one machine almost can be used for 10 years.
Machine table adopts refined marble, beautiful and makes people feel comfortable, it can accept the max working width 550mm for punching, its surface marble is smooth prevent the sample from scratching.

Membrane switch, conductive film, IMD/IML/PET/PVC film, FPC flexible board, panel, aluminum plate, aluminum substrate, Car nameplate,etc
1.Interactive-communication operational system with mouse operating tool (Windows XP Operational System) enables the procedure of the process to become easier, faster, and more efficient.
2.Large and wide operational stage enables the object to be moved and rotated easily.
3.High speed: Super high punching speed enables the process of hole-recognizing and target-punching to be within one second.
4.Precise-Transmission and Micro-Step Motor Driver is used to enhance accuracy and stability of process.
5.Up Light or Down Light enables every materials of targeting holes to be identified easily and to enhance the accuracy of recognition in targeting shape.
6.No Foot Paddle is needed. All the operation be finished by touch-screen. It is sensitive enough to enhance the speed of operation.
7.User can choose different tooling size to punch different diameter and thickness material.
8.Sampling plans can be saved, and then can be used directly next time.
9.Computer systems can supports software upgrade for lifetime.
*In order to ensure long lifetime, the major components are imported oversea, such as relief valve, cylinder, and solenoid valve, rail and other parts.

*Up Light or Down Light enables every materials of targeting holes to be identified easily and to enhance the accuracy of recognition in targeting shape.
*Its CCD camera adopts brand Mintron, control system was developed by Vility, we got patern for this invention, so, we can give client free system upgrade for longlife as long as buying our machine. *CCD camera positioning accuracy can reach ±0.02mm, high precision, speed is 0.4s/hole, greatly improve efficiency for production. |
