Sheet to Sheet CCD Alignment Screen Printing Machine
Membrane switch, glass cover, acrylic board, conductive film, composite board back cover, PET film, foil and so on. 1.The cross slide is made of an integral aluminum structure, able to move slightly without jitter.
2.The screen frame is designed to be clamped by air automatically, convenient to operate.
3.The printing process is driven by Panasonic servo motor and guided via a linear rail, being rapid and smooth with high positioning accuracy.
4.HMI + button switches allow multiple functions and parameters to be set and convenient operation.

6.Printing is performed automatically via CCD positioning and the CCD field of view is adjustable as per material dimension.
7.CCD automatically calculates the spatial positions of the material and the screen according to the Mark points on the material and then commands X, Y and θ of the motor motion control and adjusting platform to rotate for automatic positioning printing.
8.The manipulator picks up a whole stack of materials and automatically separate materials, remove dust from materials and load materials onto the machine for aligning printing.
9.The manipulator is capable of separating materials with thickness from 0.08 mm to 2.0 mm. The manipulator loads materials from left to right.
10.The manipulator separate a materials by releasing half of the material first and then shaking the whole material after the static electricity is removed and detects multiple materials after separation.
11. Customizable dimensions are available upon request of customers to satisfy different requirements of use.

| Automatic Loading Platform/Manipulator:
This part includes feeding platform, manipulator and dust removal.
Feeding platform: The max feeding frame size is 500mmx500mm(can be customized), it can be adjustable after putting material on to fix them, right side, front and back sides are adjustable, it's convenient for customer to make adjustment.
Manipulator: The manipulator picks up a whole stack of materials and automatically separate materials, remove dust from materials and load materials onto the machine for aligning printing. The manipulator is capable of separating materials with thickness from 0.08 mm to 2.0 mm. The manipulator loads materials from left to right.
Dust removal: According to client requirement to add dust removal beside manipulator process dust cleaning for material before printing. |

Printing table adopts suction design to avoid material moving and fix it on the printing table, it can give customers a superior performance, and greatly improved production yield.

Scraper & Ink Blade:
The printing scraper and blade adopt imported high level quality stainless steel, expanding printing usinglife, it has a pressure stabilizer ensuring constant pressure at all times.There's a function that the height and oblique can be adjustable to improve printing quality.
The blade and the ink returning knife can be adjusted by the tilt angle respectively, and the blade can be used on both sides, expending the service life;

Tunnel Furnace Dryer
The outer shell of the furnace body is formed by bending and welding of T1.2mm cold plates. The inner shell is formed by bending and welding of SUS201 and T1.2mm stainless steel plates.
The conveyor belt adopts high-temperature double-wire black Teflon mesh belt, the specification is L21.25*W1.5m mesh belt, the tension is adjustable and the speed is adjustable from 0-6m, and the mesh belt support adopts φ 38*L1500mm galvanized roller.
The heating adopts medium wave heating tube heating, the total power is 45KW, and the room temperature is adjustable at -200ºC. | |
