Sheet To Sheet Automatic Target Hole Punching Machine
Punching for below sheet materials:
Membrane switch, conductive film, IMD/IML/PET/PVC film, FPC flexible board, label, sticker, PC, panel, aluminum plate, aluminum substrate, Car nameplate,etc
1. Interactive-communication operational system with mouse operating tool (Windows XP Operational System) enables the procedure of the process to become easier, faster, and more efficient.
2. Large and wide operational stage enables the object to be moved and rotated easily.
3. High speed: Super high punching speed enables the process of hole-recognizing and target-punching to be within one second.
4. Precise-Transmission and Micro-Step Motor Driver is used to enhance accuracy and stability of process.
5. Up Light or Down Light enables every materials of targeting holes to be identified easily and to enhance the accuracy of recognition in targeting shape.
6. No Foot Paddle is needed. All the operation be finished by touch-screen. It is sensitive enough to enhance the speed of operation.
7. User can choose different tooling size to punch different diameter and thickness material.

*Its CCD camera adopts brand Mintron, control system was developed by Vility, we got patern for this invention, so, we can give client free system upgrade for longlife as long as buying our machine. *CCD camera positioning accuracy can reach ±0.02mm, high precision, speed is 0.4s/hole, greatly improve efficiency for production. |

| Loading & Unloading Platform:
It adopts high quality aluminum plate and stainless steel rod, longlife using.
Servo motor driver, it makes the platform move smoothly, stable and low sound.
It will automatically lifting according to material decreased.
The height of the frame is about 50-55cm, that means you can put a stack of about 55cm height of mateial on this frame, and machine will automatically punch till the material consued. |
Loading & Unloading Manipulators:
1. Adjust the position of the baffle plate of the loading lift platform, separate the first sheet from the next sheet through the air nozzle, and wait for the loading manipulator to take the material.
2. Under the action of the feeding manipulator arm and the air nozzle, the sheet material is separated and sent to the specified position on the left side of the punching machine platform.
3. Adjust the reclaiming manipulator to a suitable position, and adjust the material blocking position of the reclaiming lifting platform.
4. The reclaiming manipulator reclaims the material from the right side of the platform, and sends the piece of material to the reclaiming lifting platform. | |
