| Loading & Unloading Platform:
It adopts high quality aluminum plate and stainless steel rod, longlife using.
Servo motor driver, it makes the platform move smoothly, stable and low sound.
It will automatically lifting according to material decreased.
The height of the frame is about 50-55cm, that means you can put a stack of about 55cm height of mateial on this frame, and machine will automatically punch till the material consued. |
Loading & Unloading Manipulators:
1. Adjust the position of the baffle plate of the loading lift platform, separate the first sheet from the next sheet through the air nozzle, and wait for the loading manipulator to take the material.
2. Under the action of the feeding manipulator arm and the air nozzle, the sheet material is separated and sent to the specified position on the left side of the punching machine platform.
3. Adjust the reclaiming manipulator to a suitable position, and adjust the material blocking position of the reclaiming lifting platform.
4. The reclaiming manipulator reclaims the material from the right side of the platform, and sends the piece of material to the reclaiming lifting platform. | |
